Muhabbet Sesi

Muhabbet Sesi brings together musicians from diverse backgrounds around the music and poetry of the peoples of Anatolia. To celebrate the richness of this cultural mosaic, they sing in Kurdish, Zaza, Azeri, Armenian, and Turkish. The Muhabbet, of great importance in Alevi culture, is a form of conversation, a dialogue of souls, during which those gathered sing, play music, talk, and share the rakı.
